Worked great (while it lasted) – Amazing customer service
This is going to be a long one, as I did a lot of research before purchasing this – so brace yourself.
Great Little Box
I have only had two other tv boxes in the past and they were a cheaper version. They were around $20. The issue with them is that they would take forever to load and would not play anything. They would not update and I got very frustrated with them. That is not the case with this. It had all the power I needed and did not lag behind. Set up was easy. I am able to watch my iptv and my other apk’s along with Kodi. The remote is basic and somewhat to be desired and I would suggest getting a keyboard to use with it to make your experience more enjoyable.
First Impressions Make a Difference
After posting a disappointed review, GooBang Doo reached out to me to investigate my concerns. I explained the lockup issues I had been experiencing and asked for suggestions on correcting. They felt as if this may have been a defect in the box and immediately shipped me a new one. I’m happy to say my lock up issues are gone. I still have some time-to-time buffering problems but they are rare and immediately correct themselves. I suspect this is simply my wireless connection so I’m going to hard wire to resolve that only if it becomes routine.
Put away the 300 disc CD changer and replace it with this small box!
I bought this as a replacement solution for my dad’s dying 300 disc CD changer. The requirements demanded a device that could run Kodi and therefore play Opus Audio files on a flash-drive ripped from his CDs. The device also needed to have TOSLINK/Optical or coaxial output for digital audio. This Android TV Box has fulfilled this position well, although I had some difficulties.
Works like a charm = Not anymore…..
It works just as I hoped. It is Android that can read NTFS external for movies through Kodi. Thanks Now today I have an 8tb Seagate external full of 3500 movies plugged in and the box shows Safely Ejected and I go into Advanced Settings and it says External Corrupt. I tried resetting the box and it still says that. I reformatted the external and put all the movies back on and it still says Corrupt. What is going on?
Slower connection than others.
It’s ok. I was looking for an additional box for the house and came across this one. I really dislike when they go with subpar Ethernet/wifi ports. I get 350mb down on any other device. On this one with an Ethernet cable connected I get 95mb and on Wifi with it sitting no more than 6inchs from my router I get 45mbs.
Lots of configuration required. Out of box apps limited
This product requires a lot of configuration and a keyboard/mouse. It works just like your Android phone so you’ll need to download from store or web or .. all your favorite apps. The best part is all those video apps that are too small for real covenience on your phone look great on your TV and obvious convenience — but again, you will need ABOX keyboard/ mouse

Working well so far . Only used it for three days will update later after using it for a longer period.

I am very surprised and happy with this purchase I have purchased android boxes in the past and this one blows them away. first I must say it’s a lot smaller than I was thinking the Box on the right is my old Android box and the left is the new one. On my old Android boxes the remote never seem to work properly it would always be hard to change channels or a long delay this one works perfectly and set up on this was Far easier than other Android boxes I have spent days in the past getting my Kodi boxes to work and this one was very very easy I would definitely recommend this box to anyone.
