At Enclave, we understand that half of the movie experience is heard and not seen. With the popularized sound bar audio solution, true surround sound is dismissed for convenience, ease of setup, and wiring issues. The Enclave Audio 5.1 WiSA Certified Wireless Home Theater System solves all that and more with uncompromising true wireless surround sound. The Enclave Smart Center connects to your TV with a single cable and will host HDMI and SPDIF (Optical) sources, including satellite, cable, streaming appliances, and gaming consoles. Included with the system is a wireless subwoofer, wireless rear speakers, wireless front speakers, a remote control, and the Enclave Audio Smart Center Speaker with ARC and CEC support.Note: The system works best with the left and right speakers either even with or in front of the center channel speaker.
Solid sound and wireless connectivity; responsive tech support
Giving a tentative four stars to the Enclave! May bump to 5 if my interactions with their tech support turn into action items.
Best 5.1 System in the price range. Wireless Technology is game changer
This is my first speaker system and I am blown away. I was looking for a 5.1 Surround Sound System and had a price range between $600-$1,000. I did hours of research and finally decided on this system and have no regrets.
Great, except for the on screen interface.
It’s great. I got this as an anniversary gift for my parents, and they love it. I got this specifically for the wireless aspect. Setting up was not an issue at all, just hook up and turn on. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because it cane be a bit messy trying to access the on screen controls. I have it hooked up to the TV via HDMI, and connected to the computer via Bluetooth. The Bluetooth part works great, but setting it up was a pain. Most of the times, when I try to access the settings menu for the system on the TV, the TV fails to recognize the system’s input (Its a Samsung smart TV, but I’ve tried connecting the system to different TV’s and the same issue arises). Only after turning it off and on a couple of times does the TV recognize it. One of the times it did work, I had to write down the menu combinations on a piece of paper so I could navigate around and set up stuff without having to look at the TV should it fail to show up the next time (which it did). That’s my only gripe, otherwise the sound on this is great. If you set it up correctly, it gives you a theater feel in your room.
Enclave Audio CineHome is 5.2 capable!!!!
I just moved into a new house and my home theater room presented a number of challenges. First and foremost, there was no good way to run speaker wire to the back of the room without tearing into the walls. Without attic space above, wood floors, a fireplace on one wall and a HUGE entry on the opposite wall, the only solution would have been to staple unsightly wires along the crown molding and live with ugly wires throughout the room. That led me to Enclave Audio. Set up was easy and flawless. The product worked straight out of the box. That said, after watching a few movies I felt that my system needed more boom. The sub just wasn’t enough for my room. Too bad this is just a 5.1 system… or is it? It occurred to me that, since the system is wireless and already sending the bass across the room, why would it not work as a 5.2 system just by adding an additional subwoofer! So, I sent a facebook message late on Saturday afternoon to Enclave expecting to hear something later the following week. To my surprise, they responded within minutes. I had a very nice FB messenger conversation with tech support who confirmed that the system is indeed capable of 5.2 with the simple addition of a 2nd sub – a configuration that most people are not aware of or don’t even consider possible. A week to the day, my 2nd sub arrived. I will admit that it took a few minutes to get the system to recognize the additional subwoofer. I had to check that the firmware was up to date, reset the sub, and reboot the wireless connection via the on screen menus. In all, I spent about 30 minutes trying combos of the above to get the speaker connected. Once the blue light stopped blinking on the sub, I spaced the new speaker across the room from the one that came with the original kit and sampled a few movies. The second sub did the trick. I am no longer running the single sub level to 10 to get adequate bass in the room. I will probably move the speakers around over the next week or so to get the room “tuned” but I can already tell that this has made a great difference in my configuration. I hope that Enclave Audio continues to develop bigger and better systems in the future. Their forward thinking and customer service alone was enough for me to become a fan.
Best sounding wireless system
I’ll start by saying this is the 3rd wireless system I tried, the Bose 300 and Sonos.
These speakers have been rock solid, and the sound from them is amazing. I was a bit skeptical at first due to so many problems with wireless in general.
This is my second effort to review this. Hope doesn’t show up twice. Wanted wireless, need mobile so we can move around. Took 15 minutes to set up. Yes you still have electric cords but those are very manageable. What’s important is no speaker wires, the center console really delivers sophisticated management. Budget was set by the boss and I found this and am so pleased. Movies, voices problems. No more and surround sound is beautiful. Bluetooth used my Samsung S6 to get Enclave app and download new firmware. I have talked with Rob at Enclave, feels more like a family. I look forward to many hours of pleasant movies watching!
Easy setup, dimensions arguably inaccurate
Just got it yesterday, but I can comment on the following:
Great Gift for my girlfriend that needed a wireless system because she has no carpet to hide speaker wires.
Works right out of the box! Found a wall plug for each speaker. Had to buy two HDMI cables to replace the RCA cables. Having trouble connecting a Sony blue ray player with HDMI, will work on that this weekend.
Better than expected
Great product I would recommend it again. The sound is amazing and the wireless makes it convenient to put up anywhere in the home.
